What the directory is
HempShop365 lists hemp and cannabis businesses for information. We are not the business, we do not sell or deliver its products, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with it. Prices, stock, hours and licensing can change without us being told.
Accuracy of listings
Listing details come from the business itself or from its public information, and a person checks each submission before it is published. Even so, information can go out of date. Confirm anything that matters — age limits, licence status, opening hours, product availability — with the business directly before you travel.
Submitting a listing, claim or review
- Only submit a business you are entitled to represent, or its publicly available details.
- Only write a review of somewhere you have actually been and something you actually bought or experienced.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or medical-therapeutic claims, other people’s private information, or content you do not have the right to publish.
- Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be edited for clarity, shortened, or declined. Sending a listing does not guarantee publication.
Licence you give us
When you submit content you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to publish, format and archive it on this site and to show it in search results and previews. You can ask us to remove it later, and we will remove it from the live directory.
Moderation and removal
We can remove or edit any listing, review or comment that breaks these terms, looks automated or misleading, or that we cannot verify. Listings for businesses that appear to operate without the licences their jurisdiction requires will not be published.
External links
Listings link to business websites and social profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing or privacy practices.
Cannabis law is local
Cannabis rules differ by country, state and city, and change often. It is your responsibility to comply with the law where you are, including any limit on travelling with products across a border.
No warranty, limitation of liability
The directory is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from a transaction with a listed business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of this directory. If a dispute cannot be settled informally, it will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over that operator.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the directory changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms?
