How businesses and reviews get into this directory, and what we will not do to get them there.
How listings and reviews are handled
- Every public submission is read by a person before publication.
- Reviews are published only when they describe a first-hand experience; we do not buy, seed or edit reviews for tone.
- Ratings are calculated from approved reviews only. No rating is invented or imported from another site.
- No business can pay for a listing, a higher position, or a better review.
What we check before publishing
- The business exists, and the website, phone and address in the listing belong to it.
- The name and description describe what the business actually offers, without medical claims.
- The submission is not a duplicate of a business already listed.
Corrections
If you own a listed business, use the claim button on its page to take control of the details. If you spot an error in someone else’s listing, tell us with the contact form and we will check it.
