If a listing describes your business but you did not create it, claim it. Once we have checked that you represent the business, you can correct the details yourself.
What claiming gives you
A claim links the listing to your account so you can correct the description, hours, contact details and photos without waiting for us. It does not cost anything and it does not change how the listing ranks or where it appears.
What we need from you
- An email address on the business domain, if you have one. It is the fastest way to verify you.
- Something we can check: a licence or registration number, a company page we can match, or the name and number of someone at the business we can reach.
All four fields in the form are required. We cannot hand over a listing without something we can independently check.
What happens next
- We check your evidence against the business — usually within two working days.
- If it checks out, the listing is attached to your account and you are emailed a link to edit it.
- If we cannot verify you, we say so and tell you what would work instead.
