What we can help with
- A listing that is out of date, in the wrong category or place, or describing the wrong business.
- A claim on a listing, or a problem with a claim you have already sent.
- A business that should be removed, for example because it has closed.
- Anything about how the directory works, including a review you think breaks our rules.
We read every message. Replies usually take one to two working days. Never send us a password, and never send identity documents — if we need to verify something we will tell you what and how.
To correct or take over an existing listing, the claim form is faster than a general message: it asks for the details we need to check you against the business.
